Chocolate Creme Brulee Tart

Looks so sticky and soft…would you try to eat it? One bite? Oh, no! I would like to eat the whole cake! So, my opinion is to make two cakes at the same time because there will be always people like me…Give them the pleasure to taste this cake and to indulge it thoroughly. Taste of chocolate and espresso is the best combination!

Tart Crust:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 10 tbs of unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
  • 3-5 tbs ice cold water
