Its march and exam time in my house. Its also the time for some good news.Yours truly is one of the top50 home bakers in India.Thank you. This is all thanks to my baketitude and my pretty readers.
In the middle of all the packing and bagging this called for a celebration. All my baking time are now packed. Only the pizza pan from the microwave and the sheet pan from my big oven are out.So the brownies were wedges.
Yes ,I know brownie s are supposed to be square not wedges. And they have no right to be so super fudgy that they taste almost flour less. Brownies are not supposed to have any frosting outside or inside. These do.These are my Pizza Pan Brownies- because all other pans are packed in cartons, labeled and ready to be shipped to warmer climes. And frosting inside because I had leftover ganache that I had nothing to frost with.Waste not and it ends up on the waist.
For the
Chocolate Brownies from leftover Ganache and Pizza Pan Brownies
You need
100 GMs leftover ganache100 GMs butter175 GMs dark chocolate1 1/4 cup plain flour1/4 cup cocoa powder2 eggs1 cup sugar1 tsp vanillaFist full or more chopped nuts I used almonds. You can use walnuts or whatever.
In a double boiler melt the ganache , butter and chopped chocolate. Allow them to amalgamate into a liquid so sinful its evil.Allow it to cool a bit and then blend in the eggs one at a time and the sugar.I used a simple fork so there is no need to worry.
Ok you needed t o sprinkle the nuts first.
Actually chocolate ...there seemed to be almost no flour.
These brownies tell you that life is worth every bite of chocolatte.
Always and forever.
So what are you baking today?
