As i posted in instagram,here comes the recipe with chocolate and it was so fun to make.chocolate bark recipe which i learnt from so many blogs and also saw some videos.Basically,it is a melted chocolate sheet with some candy and dry fruits in it.You can make your own toppings with candies,fresh fruits,dry fruits,or chocolate itself by swirling white chocolate over it and vice versa.

the recipe was in my draft for months and i was little busy with issues,wanna little break too.So said goodbye to the break and here i came with my recipe ideas for you readers and friends.After making some chocolates with compound,i have some more compound leftover,so utilized that for making the wonderful bark with some dry fruits.So i chose almonds only for it as it combines very well with the chocolate.

You have to temper the chocolate properly and then spread it into a thin layer.Top it immediately with your topping and set it in refrigerator for few minutes.Your chocolate bark get ready in minutes.This is simple yet yummy appealing sweet which is best suit for edible gifts,arranging a party,Christmas/New year eve.I also made chocolate cup using my silicon cupcake mould with dark chocolate which i will post soon here.

Melt your chocolate in the double boiler until it becomes shiny,for that add few drops of coconut oil or olive oil.It does not overpower and it gives a shine in the bark.I did not used any of it,but you give a try,this will definitely work.Roast your almonds if needed and chop it roughly before proceeding.lets move on making the yummy bark.,

Ingredients
  • dark chocolate,chopped - 1 cup
  • almonds,roasted and chopped - 1 cup
Instructions
  1. Melt your dark chocolate in the double boiler,make sure the chocolate is completely melted before pouring it.
  2. Line a try with butter paper or with aluminum foil and gently grease it with little unflavored oil.
  3. Then pour the chocolate over and spread it evenly.
  4. Top your almonds over it and set it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Once it get set,cut with a sharp knife into irregular shapes and serve.
