On December 8, 2012, in southern China’s Guangzhou city, a deranged woman was threatening passers-by with a pair of scissors. Witnesses told TV reporters she was proclaiming the end of the world was near and had blood streaming from her hands.

Seriously, I think Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA) should add scissors to her proposed 2013 Feinstein Assault Weapons Ban bill.
