Chinese Mapo Tofu

By Steve @hli_steve

I have heard a lot of doctors mentioning that tofu is just good for health due to many factors. But the thing is that not all tofu in my opinion taste good, they are just different and dull. Believe me when I say that unless you are a big fan of tofu. But after trying this chinese mapo tofu I have thought of it otherwise. The texture of this chinese mapo tofu and any other normal tofu is similar but that taste is totally different. This could only be due to my own personal taste which I think is kinda lame at times but who ever has tried both this chinese mapo tofu and normal tofu whether in your healthy lunch ideas diet or any other meal I would appreciate if you can leave us your thoughts so other might have an insight on the different type of tofu out there.
