Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Red Pepper
  • Black Beans
  • Boneless Chicken
  • Wheat Tortilla
  • Brown Rice

Directions: 

  1. Put the brown rice to make in your rice cooker.
  2. Put the black beans to soak overnight. The next morning boil them. (I used a little bit of garlic to give them flavor.)
  3. Since I was in a hurry, I decided to boil the pieces of chicken for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once everything is cooked, I mixed them in a bowl.
  5. Next, I warmed up the tortillas by placing them over the stove.
  6. You’ll set everything in the middle of the tortilla and fold. Enjoy!
