Ingredients:
- Red Pepper
- Black Beans
- Boneless Chicken
- Wheat Tortilla
- Brown Rice
Directions:
- Put the brown rice to make in your rice cooker.
- Put the black beans to soak overnight. The next morning boil them. (I used a little bit of garlic to give them flavor.)
- Since I was in a hurry, I decided to boil the pieces of chicken for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once everything is cooked, I mixed them in a bowl.
- Next, I warmed up the tortillas by placing them over the stove.
- You’ll set everything in the middle of the tortilla and fold. Enjoy!
