This chicken francese recipe is a one-pan dish made with simple ingredients complete and ready to eat in 30 minutes! Thin cutlets are pan-seared until tender, juicy, and golden brown then served with a thickened lemon butter sauce.

Ingredients

▢2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
▢¼ cup + 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour , divided
▢½ teaspoon Kosher salt , plus more to taste
▢¼ teaspoon ground black pepper , plus more to taste
▢2 large eggs
▢2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
▢1 Tablespoon salted butter
▢1 cup chicken broth
▢1 Tablespoon lemon juice
▢½ lemon , seeded and thinly sliced
Optional garnish: Chopped flat-leaf parsley
