Are you trying to stay on a healthy diet starting this summer. Than you need to try this cherry vanilla smoothie. It is both great for detox and hydration. My gym instructor is kinda strict and suggests to have smoothie at least twice a day and to be honest he has given me a list of his personal recipes. Now I know that this really doesn`t look like a body builders recipe but according to my instructor he thinks the best recipe needs to be tasty and most importantly one that keeps you hydrated. This cherry vanilla is one of those recipes that comes under the health category and not the building your six-packs category. Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- Pour liquid ingredients into the blender first.
- Yoghurt is a liquid ingredient.
- Add cherries.
- Put cover on and blend until smooth.
