Cherry Preserve Short Bread Cookies
By Harini
Few days back I whipped up a batch of these short bread cookies for snacks. These are excellent to serve as finger food for kids/also pack in snacks box.I took the basic recipe from here and altered the quantity. Also I used cherry preserve instead of orange marmalade.I have used whole wheat flour instead of maida,so the color of my cookies were tad dark..Tastes best when served warm with a cup of milk/tea.You can slightly warm them oven if serving next day.
