These noodles are extremely healthy as it has loads of fiber, B vitamins, essential minerals like copper, selenium, magnesium and manganese. Adding cheese to wheat noodles makes it calcium rich and even more delicious.
Cheesy Wheat Noodles for Kids
Ingredients:
- Wheat Noodles
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Garlic (chopped) – 2 clove
- Cheese – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Boil 180 grams of noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes.
2. Drain the water and let it cool.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Add garlic and saute till golden brown.
5. Add milk.
6. Add grated cheese and let cook for 3 minutes.
7. Add cooked noodles.
8. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
9. Add salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves and saute.
10. Serve warm.
