Cheesy Fries

This weeks "In the Kitchen with Miley" we are sharing a recipe for one of our guilty pleasures... Cheesy Fries!!!


Cheesy Fries
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tbl. flaxseed meal
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
  1. Combine wet ingredients, add in wet to form dough.
  2. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut into thin fry shapes, approx. 5 inches long.
  4. Bake in 250 degree oven for 2 hours.

Makes 3-4 dozen fries.
As with all our treats, Mom stores them in the freezer and treats us on occasion!!!
