Che Would Turn In His Grave

A good article in the NYT about growing subsets of Cuban military officials (who are becoming small time entrepreneurs) living in new, sometimes gated, communities that favor some residents over others.

The piece explains that this is probably an effort by Raul Castro to keep the military loyal as he tries out new economic policies.
