But the forever haunting dilemma of waist vs. taste makes us think twice about our chaat-lovin’ decision these days. So we thought and thought for there had to be a way around this. A way to legitimise our love for spicy and tangy flavours as food for health.
Then, we, the children of creativity, solemnly swore to make ourselves an evening snack full of the all the things we love and yet be healthy in character. We made ourselves a tasteful chicken porridge out of the oats and topped it with nachos and chips. It is super-easy to make as it involves knowledge of only a few cooking basics.
Now that we have broken the curse of delicious food being unhealthy, we grab ourselves a bowl or two and indulge in some palate pleasing. No shame, no blame!
