So, as my bikini holiday looms, I’ve made a few detox decisions that I plan to stick to this summer. It struck me the other day as I had a seizure at the calorie total on My Fitness Pal that small baby steps must be taken to reduce the muffin top before I can squeeze it into my new Kimberly London bikini (more on this bikini later). So now I’m taking my tea without milk. It’s very Gweneth.
Chateau Rouge Teas has basically all you need to make the best cup of green tea ever. If there is anything that my stint at Bootcamp taught me, it’s the wonders of Green Tea. Packed with antioxidants, it’s great for detoxing and it helps to suppress your appetite when you are trying to be good. So not satisfied with any old green tea, I opted for Chateau Rouge Formosa Pouchong Oolong tea (quite a mouthful I know) AKA the champagne of teas.
