The Blues faced the French club in the group stage of the 2019/20 Champions League campaign, winning both matches 2-1.
Lille were Ligue 1 champions last season, however currently sit 10th in the table.
Meanwhile, next Tuesday will also see Villarreal take on Juventus after the Italians topped Chelsea's group.
The following day, Manchester United will travel to Spain to take on Atletico Madrid, while Benfica will host Ajax.
The Red Devils haven't faced the La Liga giants since a two-legged tie in the UEFA European Cup Winners Cup in 1991.
Man United were defeat 4-1 on aggregate and were beaten 3-0 in the away clash.
