Chai Tea Smoothie

A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away….That should be the new version of an apple a day.  Smoothies really are a great way of getting a lot of fruit and vegetables in your diet fast and this smoothie is so refreshing with wonderful hints to it that will do your body good.

CHAI TEA SMOOTHIE2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh brewed chai tea, let sit till room temperature
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • liquid sweetener to taste

Directions

Place everything in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour in glass and enjoy.
