Ingredients
4oz marshmallows
9oz Mixed Cereal
2 tbsp butter
50g Dark chocolate
Break up the chocolate and melt in the microwave and set aside. In a pan over medium heat add the butter and marshmallows. Keep stirring until completely melted – this won’t take long.
Pour chocolate and melted marshmallows into the cereal and mix quickly through.
Scoop into a lined tray and press down. As the mixture is hot, grab some baking paper and use to press down or a big spoon. Allow to cool overnight.
Remove from the baking tray
Start slicing the Cereal bar into pieces ( it maybe slightly soft).
Slice into desired size pieces.
