According to the Competition Commission of India (CCI), both Flipkart and Amazon are offering more products than offline. They claim that Samsung, Xiaomi, Motorola, Realme and OnePlus are launching several exclusive phones along with these platforms, which on the one hand violates competition laws.

Thousands of pages of reports have been submitted

CCI has submitted a 1027 page report in the Amazon case. Where complaints have been made against Samsung, Xiaomi, Motorola, Realme and OnePlus. Also, 1696 pages of reports have been submitted against Flipkart. Where complaints have been made against Samsung, Xiaomi, Motorola, Vivo, Lenovo and Realme.

The report accused these companies of creating discrimination in the market. According to the complaint, there are many devices that can only be ordered from online platforms. In such a situation offline retailers are facing losses.
