Take a Pan , add oil to it , once warm add cumin seeds , Asafoetida (Heeng), Green chili , 2-3 cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp of crushed Ginger.Cook it for about a minute.
Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes by covering it with a lid.Now add boiled Peas to this and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add Kasuri Methi and Garam Masala to this and mix it well.COok it for about 7-8 minutes till all veggies are cooked.
Cauliflower and Peas veggie is ready, serve it hot with Chapatis and curd.
Ingredients :-
- 1 medium sized Cauliflower
- 1 Green chili finely chopped'
- 1 tsp of red chili powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala
- salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp of Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp of crushed ginger
- 2-3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 cup boiled Peas
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp of Asafotedia
- Chop the Cauliflower florets and was it in warm water , keep it aside.
- Take a cup of peas , boil it and keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil, once warn add cumin seeds, green chili, asafotedia,cruhed garlic and garlic.Cook it for about 1 min.
- Add Cauliflower to this along with red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt .Mix it well and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes on a medium flame by covering it with a lid
- Add peas to this , Mix well.Let it cook for 3-4 minutes again.
- Now add Garam Masala and Kasuri Methi to this.Mix it all together and let it cook till all veggies are cooked (7-8 minutes)
- Cauliflower and peas is ready.Serve it hot with chapatis and curd.
