Catwoman Got Engaged To Her Sparring Partner
Those of you who had plans to woo Jocelyn Wildenstein might as well cancel your subscription to Cat Fancy magazine and dig out the receipt for that black velvet scratching post. According to Page Six, the facial stunt queen has gotten engaged!
True love has smiled upon the woman who’s famous for looking like Animal Planet in the face and the man who was arrested for stealing and physically attacking her. Jocelyn and fiance Lloyd Klein will probably not have kids, seeing as she’s 76. But, if they did, they would have a helluva story to tell them about how they knew it was for real. It was when Mommy cut Daddy’s chest with a pair of scissors after trying to scratch his eyes out and Daddy later retaliated by shoving her while trying to loot her Trump Tower apartment!
Catwoman was proposed to at the Versace Mansion in Miami, which is sort of apropos for a creepy, violent relationship. She’s sporting a 32-carat diamond engagement ring which was designed by fashion designer Lloyd. It’s got “a black gold and platinum setting” and it’s in “the shape of a coiled serpent.” Snakes? That’s off-brand. This will be Jocelyn’s second marriage. This is what he told the Daily Mail:
“It was romantic, dramatic and wonderful. I showed Jocelyn the ring and she said, ‘Yes!’ She was in heaven.”
Speaking of the ring, it’s so valuable that she’s only worn it on a few occasions. The moment she takes it off, two armed guards run it back to the safe. None of this sounds like a future episode of Dateline NBC at all.
The physical altercations between the lovebirds… er, cats… went down last December. Both were arrested on assault charges in the two separate incidents, but all of the charges were later dropped. No date has been mentioned as of yet. As for the wedding, if they can’t make it to the Serengeti to be married amongst Jocelyn’s fellow big cats, they could always get married at one of those drive-through safari deals.
