Casual Vendredi: In-Between Weather

By Unefemme @DejaPseu

Too warm for a sweater and too cool for a tee….so I threw on this easy Winser London cotton knit tunic (gifted) in Midnight Navy. I’m wearing a size Small; as with the hooded cardigan, I think I probably could have sized down to the XS for a closer fit. The fabric is really outstanding on this piece as well, soft but substantial. Other colors available too.

Wearing: earrings | scarf (similar) | tunic  | watch (similar) |
bracelet | bracelet (c/o) | bag | jeans ( similar) | sandals

The scarf was another purchase from Italy, and one I’ve been wearing almost daily. It’s sheer cotton, a large carré from brand Falconeri. Sadly, they don’t ship to the US either, but if you’re visiting Italy, keep an eye out for one of their shops.

So, about the quirky bag that looks kind of like a hanging planter…I LOVE it! It’s lightweight, comfortable to carry, and the wide open shape makes it easy to find keys and other belongings. Perfect for day-to-day running around. I’ve received SO many compliments on this “Moreau” bucket bag in the few days I’ve had it. Be advised, the company does not accept returns on bags, but I’m enjoying (and using) mine so have no regrets.

Here’s a closer shot of the bracelets. They’re from the two most recent French Kande collections. The African opals are lovely stones that mix well with lots of other pieces. And I love anything with a bee motif! I wear this bracelet almost daily.

I purchased these mules last year, and they’ve turned out to be one of those great neutrals that goes with just about anything. Other colors are available, and I’ve included some that are less pricey but with a similar look in the widget below.

I’ll be posting some of my picks from the great sales going on now, but if you want to get a jump here are a few to check out:
