Canada: Outage Leaves Many Without Mobile, Internet Service; Causes Problem

Widespread network blackouts from Rogers Communications Inc. Make many Canadian customers without cellular and internet services on Friday and cause problems for the police, court buildings, passport offices, and other facilities.
