Canada Largely Successful in Managing Economic Immigration: OECD Study

An international review of Canada's economic immigration system says the country is doing well when it comes to how it selects and welcomes foreign workers. But the report from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development suggests that some tweaks would be helpful to ensure the needs of the economy are actually being met.
