Cabbage Stir Fry
A simple cabbage stir fry which is good accompaniment for rice and dhall curry. I love cabbage stir fry with roti's too. Can be had when on diet or weight loss mode. The cabbage would be crisp and half cooked.Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 15 min (Cabbage chopping)
Cooking Time 10 min
Ingredients:
300 g of cabbage shredded into thin strips
1 tablespoon of oil
few springs of curry leaves
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of chilly powder
salt as per taste
Method:
Once the mustard crackles, add shredded cabbage.
Add salt and chilly powder and saute in simmer till cabbage is half cooked and crisp.
Serve hot with rice and dhall curry.
