Cabbage Pakora
Healthy snack for kids. A yummy treat with hot coffee. Ingredients:Cabbage- 1 (shredded) (2 cups of shredded cabbage)Besan- 10 tbspChilly Powder- 1 tspSalt- as per tasteBaking Soda- 1/2 tspWater- 3 tbspMethod:
Wash shredded cabbage and dain the watr completely.Rest it on a kitchen towel or tissue to remove water.Place it in a clean dry wide bowl.Add besan chilly powder, salt and baking soda.Mix well.
Heat oil in a wok.
Deep fry the cabbage pakora until crisp.
Serve hot with tomato garlic sauce.
