C is for Cupcakes...

Baking is a passion of mine...has been for a few years now....and is something I would really like to get into more as a profession...just dont know where to begin...I really enjoy it and love reading new recipe books...a fave being the Hummingbird Bakery...and trying out new combinations...Ive also done 2 bake sales for charities over the years raising over £500 combined and really love doing it...
For a while now Ive been known in work to be the one to turn to for birthday cakes, leaving party's and retirements but as we had neither of these coming up soon I decided to make some cupcakes just for the sake of it...just because its Monday and they're always a shock to the system...so sugary goodness was the way forward...
Bring in...Rocky Road Cupcakes...

These bad boys are a chocolate sponge cupcake cake which I made in muffin cakes to make them a little larger...with a Nutella chocolate spread filling...topped with vanilla buttercream icing, mini mashmallows, milk chocolate chip and white chocolate chunks...went down a storm I must say...
