Burger Bar opened its doors in Oslo in November 2013, centrally located in Folketeaterpassasjen, Youngstorget. The meny is limited, but probably something you may want to order. My choice was the El Mariachi with a price tag; 139, that comes with chipotle dressing og pico de gallo.
The grilled flavor is stuck in your hair from the moment you enter the bar and it is nicely defined in the burger as well. What is not so nice is the consistence of the burger itself; more hard than soft, only to go with a chunky piece of plain ordinary hamburger bread. I appreciate the different kind of dressings opting for the chipotle, but it’ not enough to make this meal stand out.
