Buggy Power Walks!
The best way to exercise and to start your journey back to your pre-pregnancy body is to go for buggy power walks. If you feel fine after the delivery you can take your little newborn out when ever you are ready. Of yours you should start slowly, walking maybe only for a little while in the beginning, focusing on your breading and your posture - something that can be quite hard when you recently gave birth to your little one. Naturally the walks are more like just walking than like power walking in the beginning. But after a while you will discover that you can push yourself a bit harder and then you are ready to speed up. But remember to always be aware of your posture, it should be strong and proud! By keeping your posture strong and proud you will automatically tuck your belly in which will activate your inner abdominals.
When both my boys were newborn I started each day with a buggy power walk and I walked at least for one hour. It really helped me to speed up my metabolism and to start burning all that pregnancy fat. At the same time I really enjoyed it, my babies were always asleep and I could chat on the phone or listen to music or my favorite podcast. So what are you waiting for? Get out there, start walking!
