So I've been with my gardening boots everywhere. Really! {and you can see it here}
But the best part after finishing our gardening was enjoying these brownies! Something chocolatey... always a good treat! I love chocolate brownies but I love even more if I could have a healthier version of brownies. So I'd try this recipe with coconut flour {my newest favorite ingredient} and they are amazingly rich in flavor, free of refinied sugar and milk! They taste just incredibly delicious. And they are definitely healthier!

1/2 C. Coconut Flour
1/2 C. Cocoa powder for Baking 1/2 C. Vegetable oil
3 Eggs, at room temperature
2/3 C. Honey {I used creamed honey}
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 150C / 300F. Grease a baking dish -I used 8x8 baking dish and set aside. Mix together all ingredients. By hand or with an electric mixer for a couple of minutes until everything is well combined.
Pour mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely, removing from the baking dish and cut into squares. Stored in an airtight container.
