  • Rinse well and cook in a pressure cooker or open pot.
  • Once the rice is cooked,cool completely by adding some olive oil to make it not sticky.
  • Chop broccoli and remove the thick stems and cut into desired size pieces.
  • Rinse in hot water and steam for 2 mins, not more than that. Broccoli should not be over cooked as it will lose the crunchy taste then.

  • 2 cups Water

  • 2 tbsp Garlic Finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Big onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots Finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
