It can be tough as an expat in the Netherlands. The language is virtually inpenetrable at first, the sense of humor is hard to get used to and finding somewhere to live is pretty much impossible. It was with us poor expats in mind that Expatica.com, an online portal for expats in the Netherlands, organises the annual 'I Am Not A Tourist' Expat fair at the Beurs van Berlage.
