We headed down to Brighton to grab lunch and have a little rest on the beach. After walking through the lanes, which includes tons of jewelry and antique jewelry stores, we headed towards the pier. A pier is a pier is a pier is a pier. The fun part was seeing all of the, shall we say, over-70s fast asleep in chairs looking out onto the sea. Just snoozing away without a care in the world!
I quite liked Brighton. It was rather dreary out today but I think it’d be rather nice in the sunset when all of the lights along the boardwalk come on and, of course, on a sunny day when you can actually swim.
