Very Simple.
And Beautiful.
And Yummy.
A platter for a breakfast tray.
Totally befitting the season of love.
Unfortunately for me and fortunately for chocolate, hubby dear does not A sweet tooth have.
Sweet child does.
So the breakfast tray fondue is not really a viable option in my house.
You can Surprise your valentine with this perfect breakfast tray...

All this platter takes is a candle heated fondue pot and a pretty plate full of fruit.
As we had run out of Oreos , and Chunkies, the next best option-Hide n Seek.
 Strawberry season in Jalandhar, Punjab.  Many many punnets of strawberries available cheap. And bananas and my favorites-Kiwi fruits.
 And triangles of bread ,neatly cut. We need no crumbs in the chocolate. Yes ,fresh bread - aren't you a Nutella person?Well ... get a life. Get Nutella!

You need
3 ingredients here only.
Chocolate. ..Cream and Butter.
125 gms bitter sweet dark chocolate- I used Morde
50 gms non dairy cream -if you are using dairy cream add a tablespoon of sugar
1 tbsp butter -I used salted Amul Butter
The chocolate must be chopped coarsely and placed in the fondue bowl.
My bowl is microwave and dishwasher safe. You can make this chocolate sauce over a double boiler too...but this is easier to clean.
The cream was straight from the freezer ...so...
Microwave at low power for a minute and stir.
The chocolate may not have melted totally...but remember, the fondue pot has a candle.
And you don't want to burn her lips.
I assumed you are a man...well,a woman would make more of an effort.
Ok ,bias apart...you may want to burn their lips... a chance to kiss them better?

A little bit of Romance ,a wonderful way to start the day ...or the night. Chocolate and strawberries are aphrodisiacs ,after all.
But you can try this even on May Day.I mean love doesn't really need an auspicious time???Or keep it uncomplicated. Just serve it to your friends...
