All of these have been done with chalk ink, which requires windex, alcohol, vinegar, etc. to remove. They are more easily transported unlike signage that has been done with real chalk. The blending properties of traditional chalk are very good, but they can be easily marred. Just something to keep in mind.
The accent color gives this chalkboard just the right punch...
Renderings always work to make a chalkboard more special... I thought this design element was unlike others that I've seen...
