Boy Epic Talks About His Music Video For Wolf

Boy Epic is an artist you need to be on the lookout and his new music video Wolf shows it.

When I first watched Boy Epic’s music video I couldn’t help think that music videos now days don’t have that much thought or even effort in them.  He was able to take this music video and show people how it used to be done and how music videos should be done. I was able to sit down with him and ask him a few questions about the music video and what is going to be happening in the near future.

What was your inspiration for your latest single and music video, Wolf?

The song Wolf is about the dark discovery of our subconscious minds. Tapping on the surface of uncontrolled thoughts and melancholy we all share within ourselves.

Do you have an album coming out soon? If so, when can people get it?

There’s no current album release date as of yet. Right now my main focus is just releasing singes and a video for each. I want my fans to have time with each song and visual.

What made you want to pursue a career in music?

A career in music has given me the opportunity to really express myself through song and film. It’s my personal therapy if you will. It also allows me to reach other all over the world and help them smile, feel better, and cope with whatever they may feel.

You directed and edited the music video for Wolf, have you always had a passion for film? How long did the process for Wolf take?

I’ve always had a strong passion for music and film since I was a little chap. It’s been a real dream of mine to do what I do today. The process for each video project I do varies. But if I had to estimate, writing the treatment, organizing with a production company, finding crew, props for art department, location scouting, casting, directing, editing, all together can take about 3-4 weeks total.

What music are you listening to right now?

Right now I’m listening to Kendrick and 30STM.
