Today is the first day of Bout of Books. I feel like this is a great way to spend a week of my Summer holiday. I have a few goals:
- Catch up to my goodreads reading challenge goal (apparently I’m 3 books behind, even after finishing one today.
- Finish my two current reads (I’ve finished 1 already!)
- Read my next book group read (although I hadn’t expected it to arrive today…and I really want to read ‘Early Riser’ next)
- Participate in instagram and twitter challenges every day.

Today I read the last 100 or so pages of ‘The Clockmaker’s Daughter’ and about 25% of ‘Too Fat, Too Slutty Too, Loud’.
Tonight I plan on starting ‘Early Riser’. I’ve reached the end of a chapter with ‘Too Fat, Too Slutty, Too Loud’ so it seems a good point to pick up a new one, and I’m sufficiently over the hangover from finishing ‘The Clockmaker’s Daughter’, which is always a readathon problem for me.
