Not only is the setting a beautiful one, with its floor to ceiling windows and pear wood paneling, but the food is simply delicious.
We were thrilled to share a tabouleh dish that was prepared two ways ~ one was traditional with plenty of bulghur wheat and parsley, while the other replaced the wheat with cauliflower and dates! Simply divine...then we had these decadently fried artichokes (I skipped the garlic aioli), some kale salad, olives, and warm pita with herb-infused olive oil.
There are plenty of other vegan-suitable dishes as well, but the small plates are deceitful. It may just have been that we first met at 8pm for dinner, but I was full rather quickly! Their wine list, with wonderful Greek selections, is also pretty fabulous. This is definitely worthy of your next night out in NYC!
