Gearbox has been discussing its new MOBA-like shooter in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC, Battleborn.
In doing so, Battleborn executive producer Sean Reardon told GameInformer that the fact that Gearbox is currently focusing on Battleborn doesn't mean that Borderlands 3 won't be made.
"Borderlands 3 will happen," said Reardon. "Well, asteroids could hit, but Gearbox is not leaving Borderlands behind in any sense of the word".
