Books Help Feeling Down in the Dumps

When I’m feeling a little down in the dumps, I find a book that will make me feel better, give me hope, or help me understand things better. Either that, or I write one. I’m pretty proud of this little book–I love the characters and am moving them into a sequel. I’ve never tried a sequel, but I think this one could work. I’ve written about 1/3 of it so far.

I’m truly looking forward to spending some time over break with Milly, John, and Miles. And it still makes a great gift for a reader…or for someone you would like to share the gift of reading with.
