Last weekend we went for a Meetup called ‘No Kidding’ which is a social group for people who don’t have children. Not for people who had children but have moved out, or grown up. They were a bunch of people of all ages who voluntarily don’t have children.
Of course everyone had their own stories and backgrounds but the a common thing on which everyone could agree up on was how good it was to meet people who wouldn’t talk about their children’s sleeping-pooping cycle to their school grades to their college application or upcoming nuptials which eventually moves on to discussing their grand children. * barf *
Anyhooo, … the meetup was at the Boiler House which is a swanky little place in Pearl Brewery. For some reason I keep refering to it as Boiler Room. Wonder why?! If you live in San Antonio or are ever visiting, must check it out.
