House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, told reporters today he's "had
enough" watching Democrats in Congress "kick the can down the road," and
called on Obama to offer a long-term plan to replace the
potentially devastating sequester cuts set to trigger in March, which
Boehner said he believes are "taking a meat axe to our government."

What the AP video above doesn't show, but ABC News did report, was the end of that statement:
As President Obama requests a short-term delay to automatic spending cuts scheduled to take effect March 1, House Speaker John Boehner expressed a growing frustration today over Washington’s inability to tackle the federal deficit. The CBS News video does show the rest of the statement, ending with Boehner walking off in obvious disgust. CBS video was not embeddable, which is why the AP one is embedded above.
“At some point Washington has to deal with its spending problem,” Boehner, R-Ohio, said during a news conference at the Capitol. “Now, I’ve watched them kick this can down the road for 22 years that I’ve been here. I’ve had enough of it! It’s time to act.”
This comes on the heels of Barack Obama asking Congress to once again delay in addressing the nation's spending and deficit problems.
