Bobby Brown does not want the biopic ‘Bobbi Kristina’ to air on TV One in October.  Brown has reportedly  filed court documents to prevent TV One from airing the biopic about his late daughter’s life.

According to E News, a line in the court document states that the biopic “contains defamatory untrue depictions” of Bobby and Bobbi Kristina’s relationship, with scenes “suggesting” that Bobby “does not love his daughter.”

Bobby Brown also claims in the court documents that the movie “contains defamatory and untrue depictions” of him “being violent” towards the late Whitney Houston.

In addition to not wanting the biopic to air, Brown is asking for over  a million dollars in damages.

TV One has released the following statement regarding Brown’s claims.

“We are aware of the reported legal challenge by Bobby Brown regarding the film Bobbi Kristina and are taking appropriate steps on behalf of our network to respond. While we are not able to address our legal response at this time, we stand by the film and its representation of this period in Bobbi Kristina’s life.”

The biopic is scheduled to premiere on TV One, Sunday, October 8th and stars Demetria McKinney as the late Whitney Houston and Joy Rovaris as Bobbi Kristina.
