Whilst playing in the mud today I thought perhaps a Muddy Puddle cocktail would be more appropriate but I need something to remind me of blue skies!
Blue Hawaiian
40ml white rum
40ml cream of coconut
40ml blue Curacao
80ml pineapple juice
Put all ingredients into a blender with plenty of ice, whizz it all up and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple. Enjoy and dream of blue skies!
I have had comments of, “do you actually make the cocktail yourself?” So I thought I would photograph the ingredients pre-mixing and I wanted to debut my latest bit of cocktail making kit…. my blender!
