I was recently tagged by Aby over at You Baby Me Mummy in this great meme. I always love taking part in memes as it gives me the chance to write a little about me!
So here goes...
Question 1. Who/What encouraged you to start blogging?I had been reading my old work colleague's blog for some time ( Mummy Matters) and loved how she documented her family life. Little Mr A had just started school and I was days away from giving birth to Little Miss A. It seemed like the perfect moment to start documenting our family life as we were to become a family of four. Also, I was bored of staring at the t.v. and really wanted to do something to keep my mind active!
Question 2. How did you choose what topic to blog about?At first I just started writing about our family life and any other thoughts I had in my head. I have since moved onto reviewing and also blog the occasional recipe that we have enjoyed or crafts we have done. My favourite posts to write are those about our family life and they are lovely to look back on.
Question 3. What is something most people don't know about you?When I was born I had hip dysplasia and had to have a pin put in my hip joint. It has left me with a huge scar on my right thigh but I barely think about it these days - it was certainly a talking point during swimming sessions at school though!
Question 4. What three words describe your style?Since having children I don't really think I have much style at all! All of my effort goes into keeping them looking nice and I often forget about myself. If I had to choose three words they would be practical, comfy and casual.
Question 5. What do you love to do when you are not blogging?When I am not blogging I love spending time with my family. We love going on day trips out locally, snuggling up to watch a film, board games and getting messy in the tuff spot with messy play! We also love going out for food at the weekend and can often be found in Costa on a Sunday afternoon!
