Black Porridge for Weak Hair Remedy

As we aged, our crown glory became really bad.  Especially me, to begin with, did not born with much.
So when I saw a friend's remedy to stimulate hair growth, I decided to try it because my girl is also experiencing hair loss because of her sports (need to bundle up her hair tightly during exercise).
We started this routine on 5 September and had been eating this Black porridge 3 times a week.  It is like having 芝麻糊 which happens to be my favorite dessert. 
Since I don't have the machine that my friend used, I substituted with Thermomix.  The first round, I did not grind it fine enough but gradually, I fine-tuned and now it is good to go.

What you need:
40g black bean
30g black sesame
30g black rice
2 pcs walnut
900ml water
40g raw sugar to taste
Method:
Rinse the black bean, black rice and walnut.
Rinse black sesame.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until fine.
Cook for 35 mins.
Add sugar to taste and continue to cook for another 5 mins.  Give it another blitz if you want it to be finer.
Drink 2 - 3 times a week.
