Verdict: Dark Thriller
Story: USS Callister starts Nanette Cole (Milioti) getting a new job in an office, where Robert Daly (Plemons) works as one of the managers, he is part outside with the rest of the office and his partner Walton (Simpson). When Robert gets DNA from Nanette, she gets sent into a world where the rest of the office is trapped in a Star Trek-esque world that he can control.
Nanette must learn to adapt to this new prison, the best she can, while Robert uses his power to stop things going out of his control. Now Nanette decides to find away to get them out of this nightmare world.
Thoughts on USS Callister
Story – The story brings us into a new spin on a hostage style story, we follow a group of workers that have been cloned into a video game and held captive. This brings the level of psychopath to a new high, while borrowing heavily from an episode of Futurama where a gas cloud has kept members of Star Trek captive to run his own shows. This is one that has a twisted side without feeling just as dark as it actually is, because this is a really dark story.

That Moment That Annoyed Me – The fact it does feel borrowed from Futurama.
Final Thoughts – This is a wonderful addition to the Black Mirror world, its color tone goes against the style in the story and its dark tones. It does take an idea I have seen before and make it all the more darker and twisted, just like what we want, with an ending that is just a wow.
Overall: Twisted world of space flights.
