This flourless chocolate cake is the ultimate chocolate lover’s dessert. This fudgy cake is filled with cocoa and chocolate senses and reminds you of the inside of a truffle. The chocolate ganache takes it over the top!
Ingredients
▢1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I like Guittard chocolate)
▢8 Tablespoons unsalted butter , at room temperature
▢¾ cup granulated sugar
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
▢3 large eggs , slightly beaten
▢½ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
Glaze
▢1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (I like Guittard chocolate)
▢½ cup heavy cream
For serving: Fresh raspberries & powdered sugar
