Preparation:
- Boil the water and milk in a separate pan.
- Keep aside.

Ingredients:- 1 cup Besan/gram flour
- ½ cup Ghee
- ½ cup Sugar to taste
- 1/4 cup Chopped or coarsely grounded cashews, almonds, pistachio
- 1/2 cup Boiling water
- 1.5 cup warm milk
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
Preparation:
- Boil the water and milk in a separate pan.
- Keep aside.
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan; add gram flour and sauté on low heat, stirring continuously, for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
- Cook till you get roasted aroma.
- Add sugar and keep stirring till it melts.
- Add raisins, almonds, and nuts and mix well.
- Add the boiling water and stir. Cook till the water gets absorbed.
- Add warm milk and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Cook the mixture till it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Garnished with nuts and serve hot.
