Some experts even recommend that once a month we should just have apple days to purify the body. Others say the fruit is a natural toothbrush as it cleans the enamel and is helpful for the gums. Apple juice in the morning on an empty stomach will charge you with energy for work, while its consumption in the evening will remove fatigue. If we make facial masks with apple juice, the skin of the face will look fresh, smooth, shining and soft.
