Benefit recently launched 'Dream Screen' an oil free SPF 45 that dries matte, that's right, matte! I was a bit apprehensive to try it under my foundation, but if anything I've found the matte finish smooths the skin and acts a little like a primer, so that's always a bonus! Those of you with oily skin will love this, as sun cream can typically be quite greasy and an absolute pain to apply, but this really does go on like a dream...no pun intended!
Sometimes reapplying sun protection can be a pain, but I've never had any issue with Dream Screen. The lightweight formula isn't sticky at all, applies really smoothly and dries so quickly that you almost forget it's there! I applied it over Clinique CC Cream (review here) while in Paris and I didn't end up in a gooey mess. Nor did I have any issues applying it over my Revlon Colorstay foundation either!
The SPF 45 PA+++ protection is fantastic and since it's a small bottle it's the perfect size to pop in your hand luggage if you're jetting off somewhere nice, or just keep handy in your bag when you're out and about. I always think Benefit skincare looks really cute in the mint green packaging and cork lids!
It's not cheap exactly; you're looking at £25 for this little bottle but you really can't put a price on healthy skin can you?
Have you tried Benefit Dream Screen? What did you think?
